Those democrats who would not show its concerning to me is a growing problem in the Democratic Party when it comes to israel and antisemitism. Weve got another week of producing more bills out of the house trying to make america stronger and safer today. We are continuing work on the faa and we do a member of them tonight. Wewe know as summer travels into the challenge that the secretary has had in his job time and again we believe in the bill to solve some of these things that hes refused to solve as we move forward and look to the future to make air travel safer and other transportation. Next week we will be looking to do some appropriations and continue to work through. I have a concern the appropriations when i look at all the pelosi policies that would be permanent if we did not get appropriations done especially if members would look to doing a continuing resolution that would only lock in pelosis policies. Its a New Washington in majority with of the republicans that we are going to focus on America First and protect our farmland especially from china and others in the future. So if you have the ideas. But today when i listened to this hearing that had oversight, had the judiciary and waysri and means, we now find out not just how its treated but more than 20 companies were created. Not when Vice President left but when he became Vice President. Then we found out 16 of the 17 paymentsro from romania, paid through the companies to the bidens took place while he was Vice President. I want to raise that because they dont hear anybody asking those questions. With the rest of america is wondering whats going on. We just now had to the agents come to us and as these very credible individuals who have now found in their job got stymied by the fbi and now questions in the meetings that they work with they were told by david weiss and what they were hearing, somebody is lying so we need to get to the bottom of that. What a misunderstanding to you be when david weiss tells in a meeting with of these individuals and five others that he asked for a special prosecutor toe be that and he s denied, that they wanted to prosecute into other districts but they were told no. Garland publicly said he could have anything he wantsve if he wants to prosecute we will be able toe do that. About is it a misunderstanding if someone just says that about whats interesting with this is thees irs agents took notes of e meeting. Because it would be a misunderstanding of someone just said that andou you passed by ad that was the end of it. About the irs agent asked david weiss to read the question because of what he said he thought was so important. And it really told that no i was denied being a special prosecutor. Then the notes were taken back and a question asked again notes were taken back and sent to everybody in the meeting. So its very hard to me of all thebe meetings ive been in if someone says one thing to me its important, so i asked if i hear it right. And you come back with the same thing. I take notes about it and i send it to all of you. So i go back to you do you think thats a misunderstanding . In your meetings when you talk to me, you take notes, right . And if you asked me another question because i insert a certain way to reaffirm that i answered, it would really check ball the boxes the way for any misunderstanding. I could understand if its muffled on the phone call and gets caught away, maybe if i had a phone call from one country to another and that could be a misunderstanding. But when we talk to one another and i re ask the question and i took the notes fromng the meetig and everybody agreed, what seems to me odd is why didnt david weiss and garland come forward so quickly when now it seems a whole different question that somebody is lying and i will tell you this. We b will get to the bottom andf somebody is lying that rises to the place of an impeachment inquiry. Question on the government funding can you walk us through but that looks like with august recess coming into the septembes your process to avoid a shutdown . The first answer is yes because look what weve been able to accomplish. I usually dont have the fear of the house being able to do their work. Been the senate. The senate usually never even takes up their bill. The strategy is to hold back, dont do anything, wait until christmas and create an omnibus. Before i became speaker i said i will never [inaudible] and as you are watching we are going to open the house back up and go to work. I could do something about making sure the house works but i dont have a lot of control for the senate. But when we took up the debt ceiling im a Firm Believer that structure dictates behavior. If we change the structure that you no longer get rewarded for not doing your job that you just doing an omnibus and jam it in with everything you think is right and nobody can see it, we put a 1 cut across. Im very proud to say the senate has actually started taking their appropriation bills up, not on the floor but in their committees. So thats a positive. We have all the powers done in the kennedy and you are actually able to see them so we will start the process. You watch time and again how productive weve been week after week. We will get our work done. On the commitment on the no omnibus thing. Are you saying that you will not bring a bill that has more than one appropriation . Thats not the. Definition. There will be times i will have to put more than one together but this is what my definition of an omnibus. Nothing gets worked in the committee, no one gets to see it, nothing comes to the floor. The bills the come to the floor i like it as individual as we can in the process. I dont think at the end of the day when you put multiple together you put them down on the floor. That is not right to the American Public. They deserve better. They deserve the right to know whats in the t bill, to be able to read the bill, to have it debated and i think we will be able to change all that by doing our work now. Do you think youre going to have the funding done by september 30 . That is my intention and hope. You didnt think i could do a debt ceiling either. President trump did call me yesterday. We talk on a regular basis and i called him back. It wasnt anything different than the time before. It wasntra a strategy session r possible indictment. The strategy sessions happen in the Democrats Department of justice where they go after anybody whos running against the president it seems as though and if you go up in the polls you are more likely to get invited. The role of congress especially from the legislative purpose to have an investigation is there something we need to change legislatively . If we find that there is why is going on, that would rise to an impeachment inquiry where we would be, as a congress, strongerco in power to give all the answers and yes, i would move to impeachment inquiry if i found that the attorney general has not only lied to the congress and the senate but to america. Have you been called to any of the state legislatures in alabama as they are redrawing their congressional map . Statepo legislatures . W we watched that we have a couple redistrictings through the places and id like to know where they are going to go and whether they are in the process of happening. I know h democrats are trying vy hard to redraw new york. I saw what the courts have gotten involved in because we watched what they did in new york was just very onesided. I think people should be very fair in the process be able to see whats happening. I like to know whats going on out there. Did former President Trump voice frustration in the call about the target letter and did you provide any guidance to him about House Republicans . Wouldnt you feel frustrated . Wouldnt you feel frustrated if you get a target letter . Lets put it in perspective because none of you have gotten back to the hearing going on right now with to whistleblowers. He got his porsche paid for. At the irs found that was some of the most egregious that if any american had done this they would be in a lot of trouble. Slow arm of the Justice Department for some reason took six years. Most americans would be excited by that because what happens after six years, the statute of limitations runs out. And if you listen to these agents those are the ones to be prosecuted on. If you listen to americans who have to pay taxes, if you listen to the president who says he wants to end these tax loopholes, or are these the that hes talking about but his son got away with hundreds of thousands of dollars and it isnt going to be prosecuted because the Justice Department treated the biden family onean way and now found a new way to go after the political opponent . I dont think its just President Trump who would be frustrated. I think americans would be frustrated. As i goo around the country thats what im hearing. People say you know what, i never voted for President Trump, but im going to vote for him now based h upon how hes gettig treated because if they can treat him that way they could do that to any american and thats what they believe hasri to stop. I just want to make sure we have equal justice as we go through. I found it very interesting cnn had a breaking news yesterday. You know what i was, jack smith went tone subway. I hope cnn would have their cameras on the hearings today and listening to two irs agents who are telling you a story that dont have a political bias that simply represent the country and they found what has happened is so egregious that they would come forward in their own expense to go to the American Public because what they were denied to be able to do their job for one simple reason. The persons last name was biden. And let me ask youas and all of america this question. Ive had my own business. Many americans have their own business. When they have their own business they produce something. When they produce something they have a name to the business. They usually just have one. Theyan dont create a company to pay them. They pay directly to the business and get the product they make. Biden family was selling was influence. While the president was Vice President , 16 of the 17 payments from romania were paid. Hunter biden didnt even pay taxes on his influence. It went from one Shell Company to another down to nine different family members. When the President Biden is running for office, he told the American Public in october that their family got no money from china. He cant say that now. Its proven, based upon these investigations, that they did get money from china. He said he had no dealings with the family business. He went to meetings. It just raises more and more questions. The question i have for all of you, when are you going to ask me a question about it . When are you going to follow what were finding . Do you not find that disturbing . If two i. R. S. Do you not find it concerning what product they produce, if theyre specializing in Foreign Countries, why are all the countries china, romania, ukraine . Why wouldnt the other Foreign Countries like france or ireland or germany hire him as well . Why would you have to have 20 Shell Companies when your father and brother is Vice President . Why would you allow the department of justice to have the statue of limitations run out statute of limitations run out but be so fast in their indictments of your political opponents .
