To me it means we believe in the ideals of 1776, ideals like merit and the pursuit of excellence, that you get ahead in this country not on the color of your skin but on the content of your character and your contributions. We got to be running to something, back to our vision of what it means to be an american, what it needs to be a citizen of this nation, not some Global Citizen fighting Climate Change somewhere or other but a citizen of thiss nation, the United States of america.
