It would take somebody with advanced knowledge of physics and Satellite Communications to confirm what they say are their conclusions, that flight 370 took a southerly course, likely flying to the indian ocean until the plane ran out of fuel and crashed. They released this information this morning. Many of the families have been saying for months they didnt trust the official version of events and they wanted to see proof. Now unofficial scientists, physicists and aviation experts are expected to go through all of the data try to replicate the findings. They said their satellites continued to receive a ping for at least six hours after it disappeared from radar. Using advanced math and physics they concluded that the plane likely took that southerly track. So far, not a single piece of wreckage has been found floating in the ocean. The u. S. Navys blue fin 21 has already searched a 155square file area of the sea floor. Nothing so far. The next phase involves 23,000 square miles that will take months. The Australian Safety board said they believe the plane did likely descend into the ocean after the plane ran out of fuel. The australians are taking the lead in the search for the plane but theres talk they may turn theearch over to a private company in. They say finding a private contractor could take months or longer. Theyre looking for a contractor to coordinate the underseas search area. The massive 23,000 square mile area, the contractor would likely have to bring together ships, cruise, expertise to look for the plane. It could cost tens of millions of dollars. The threat of severe is moving east today, one day after the powerful storms hammered the nations midsection. Al is following that. Were talking hail, flooding, rain, tornado. Two years ago, my team investigated one of the biggest offenders, a huge Telemarketing Company accused of making millions of calls. Well, federal officials were watching our report. Reporter when our story first aired here on today, the federal trade commission opened a fullscale investigation into vms and just dropped the hammer, ordering a 3. 4 million penalty and saying the company is now permanently restrained from calling anyone on the do not call registry. Over a million customers were called who were on the do not call list. They have to make sure that their customer lists are scrubbed against the do not call list. Reporter under the new settlement, vms neither admits nor denies the allegations. In a statement, the company told nbc news, it has always taken compliance seriously. That the recent settlement highlights their commitment to getting things right for consumers. The ftc is aggressively combatting this problem. This is a victory for consumers. A texas couple is sharing the moment when their baby girl was able to hear sound for the first time. It happened thanks to an amazing procedure called an auditory brainstem implant. This is the moment when 1yearold Elise Bradshaw hears sound for the very first time. Did you hear that . Elised was diagnosed with charge syndrome, a defect that left her profoundly deaf due to missing auditory nerves. Her world was smaller. Things that were happening left and right werent necessarily something that she was aware. Without auditory nerves, elise wasnt a candidate for a cochlear implant. But a procedure called an auditory brainstem implant, which stimulates the brain directly, was recently approved for trials in children. Doctors at the massachusetts eye and ear infirmary thought it might help elise. It did. She did amazing. That first day of activation, we had data that said, hey, shes actually hearing these different frequency ranges and responding to each one. Elise is the youngest patient in the u. S. The owners of kid friendly brands like thin mint and cinnamon toast crunch have sent cease and desist letters trying to keep their names out of the growing industry. The girl scouts saying, using the thin mint name which is synonymous with girl scouts and everything we do to enrich the lives of girls to market ecigarettes to youth is deceitful and shameless. Theres a common sense issue here. I mean, you dont steal someone elses brand. Reporter ecigarette supporters say the vaporproducing devices that heat liquid nicotine are safer than regular smoking, but one Industry Group acknowledges the specific branding practice might not be the best idea. Those companies are obviously trying to do whatever they can to get a product out there in the market. Everyone loves a baby, but as most momstobe discover, the nine months leading up to the big reveal are often filled with socially awkward bumps in the road. Its a little pregs and big pregs. Wait, when did we start isnt it amazing the difference in our sizes . People tend when youre pregnant to say wow, you look so big, how far along are you . Or you look so small. Out of nowhere, theyll just say, my god, your boobs are gigantic. A family was outright, how much weight have you gained . I dont know if theyre tracking it or if they have some sort of pool going. You never say things like you look like youre ready to pop. Yes. It is not a turkey. No. Its a person having another person. People ask me if the doctor checked to make sure there was just one baby in there. Or when they touch your belly like that. Thats a little bit uncomfortable. All of a sudden your belly is like public property. A perfect stranger just beelines over to me and puts their hand on my belly, its completely unacceptable. Arer its not a buddha. Its a pregnant belly. Dont rub the belly. Yeah. Shouldnt really be eating that. Should you be out right now . Should you be wearing those heals . When i would tell people that i wanted to have a natural birth, a lot of people were very negative about that. We started telling our friends. They would ask us if it was planned. Dont ask about names. Because they dont want your opinion. Or worse, theyll actually tell you, you know, well, were thinking of sassafras. Could be good for a boy, good for a girl. You know, giraffe. Who wouldnt like giraffe . Oh, no. Its bad. Its bad. Dont ask about names. All right. One of the biggest breaches of pregnancy etiquette, we asked you to weigh in on today. Com. 44 of you said people touching your belly without asking was the worst, followed by comments about your weight and unsolicited advice. And the worst violators turns out, you said its your own family. So whats a pregnant woman to do . Etiquette expert Thomas Farley is from whatmattersmost. Com. This is a can of worms. You and i agree, it wasnt in the piece we just saw, but the whole asking someone if theyre pregnant is almost never okay. Well, its just its a land mine. Unless youre 1,000 sure that this is the case. Unless youre the ob gyn delivering the baby, dont ask, right . Exactly. And the same goes after the woman has given birth. You dont want to ask her when are you having the baby . Mine field. Ive had that happen. Four months ago was the answer. Its not good. Its never good. Is it ever okay for someone to reach out and touch your belly, or must you be invited to do so . You want to be invited. And typically the woman will guide your hand to the belly. You want to wait for that invite. Can you imagine walking down the street and somebody decides to touch your hair . That doesnt happen. Nobody would think of doing that. Same with the belly. Even more so. On the flip side, is it rude of a pregnant woman to say oh, the babys kicking, do you want to feel . Its a very special moment. I think if youve got that kind of a relationship, do it. A lot of people feel awkward about that. Nosey questions. For example, wow, how much weight have you gained for this pregnancy . Rhetorical question. Are you kidding me . This is where the family can be the worst offenders, as the poll shows. Id say keep the questions rosy and not nosey. So supportive. Loving. Caring. Comments about weight definitely off the table. A lot of people ask, do you know the babys name . Do you know the babys gender . I dont find that offensive. But some people think its getting up in their business. You know, every couple has their own narrative to tell. Whatever thats going to be, thats their per rorerogative. Its your comfort level. If you want to say we know the gender, we know what name were going the use, great. So let me play the role of the nightmare guy. Okay, so, is it always wrong for me to look at a pregnant woman and say, are you going to breastfeed . Yes. Can i vote . 100 of cohosts say yes. Ive heard people ask that question. Its ridiculous. I think, again, if theres a particularly close maybe its a sister. Fine. But unless its the husband or the partner, you definitely want to keep that question completely off the table. Yeah. Just so i dont get hate email, you ask that question. Oh, was the baby planned or unplanned . Thats a tricky one. You also get questions about multiples. If somebodys have twins or triplets, oh, was this a Natural Childbirth . That is something you want to leave off the table. Come to think of it, matt, you did ask me if i was pregnant. I saw a dramatic change in your normal behavior. I wasnt drinking. Thats why. I didnt have a vodka shot. It wasnt based on appearance or anything. Yeah, likely story. Its a documentary called generosity of i and traces her fathers decision to sell his extensive Art Collection to benefit the harlem zone, which is a charity that helps people at risk. Jay fielden is the editor of town country, holding a special screening of the documentary tonight to kick off a philanthropy summit. Good morning. That was wellspoken. We really got everything into that intro. I think were done. I was nervous because you all were looking at me. Its such a pleasure to have you here. Especially with such a personal project. I watched the film last night. And i just thought, this is a side of you weve never seen, and we really learn a lot about your dad. What was it like to do that . It was wonderful. When my dad first told me that i was going to gift his collection as part of an endowment for the harlem childrens zone, i was utterly floored. I thought i spoke to my husband brad, whos the director. And we thought it would be great to get him on film talking about it. And it evolved into this. We really were doing it just personally for ourselves. But its a good document showing what this is all about, the artist, the harlem childrens zone, the importance of that organization, of course. And were so happy to be partnering with town country to help get the word out. Mr. Louisdreyfus, i couldnt help but notice during the whole film, we see how much you love this art. And then we learn that youre going to give it all away. Was it hard to part with something youve been collecting for 50 years . Well, if i had found a way of taking it with me, i mightnt have given it. Busince i cant do that, its the next best thing is to give it to jeff canada. And his educational effort. Jeff canada, of course, is the founder of the harlem childrens zone. A great philanthropist. Jay, this is how youre kicking off your philanthropy summit. What do you think about what mr. Louisdreyfus is doing here, could be either a model or an inspiration to people who want to give . Yeah, i think hes probably going to have founded a new movement in philanthropy called eureka if i lon toreeka philant youre at home watching an amazing show about jeffrey canada and you decide to make this amazing gift to an organization that needs it so much. So at town country weve always looked at what it means to give back and hes hit a new level of what that means today. You learn a lot about you, of course. We also learn a lot about your taste in art. I love that they call it outsider art, that you didnt necessarily buy what was fashionable or chic necessarily expensive, right . No. I bought what i liked. And, of course, thats no certainty that the art is good. But it is what i liked. And julia, you grew up around these pieces. Yes. What did you learn about your dad in the process that surprised you . Well, you know what i learned in making this film about my dad and we spent a lot of time together was his personal emotional investment, not only in the artwork itself, but in the lives of the artists whom hes gotten to know in the process over many decades. And how immersed he has been in the art world for decades. So its been a remarkable journey to tell this story. Its so obvious in the film how proud you are of your dad. Yeah. Especially that hes giving this away, this great gesture of generosity. But be honest, was there anything youre like dad, dont give that one away. Id like to keep that family heirloom. I tucked a couple in my bag on the way out. And mr. Louisdreyfus, im sure you get asked this all the time, but tell us what this young lady was like as a little girl. I mean, did you always know she was going to be a star . Well, i couldnt tell whether she was going to be a star, but i knew how natural she was. And how much she liked life and fun. And we say this every year, that the talent just keeps getting better, but there are a few names that youre going to know. Not only names, but this year the bar has been raised. Its the most outrageous year ever. The craziest acts. The most amazing acts. The youngest and oldest people weve ever had on the show. We have like an 8yearold knifethrower whos throwing knives at his 6yearold sister. See, we discourage that in my house. The john grisham look or something. Today classes are cancelled for a full day of mourning and reflection at the campus of Uc Santa Barbara. Still so many Unanswered Questions in the aftermath of last fridays massacre that left six innocent people dead as well as the alleged gunman elliot rodger. The victims names george chen, weihan wang, cheng yuan hong, katie cooper, veronika weiss, christopher michaelmartinez. The main memorial event today is scheduled for 4 00 on the campus at ucsb. There have been vigils at other university of california campuses in los angeles and san diego, just to name a couple. This morning, many media organizations are reporting that a now 20yearold woman was named in rodgers manifesto. Rodger allegedly blamed that woman for this rampage. Nbc has not confirmed those details. We certainly will not identify her or her family. But again, many people have put her right out there. Yeah, shes in the papers. And another victim in all of this, which is horrific. Yeah, it is. And we heard again from mr. Martinez, the father of one of the victims, and his passion and his love and his anger and all those things, that stew of emotions coming out and speaking for so many people after this terrible event. Also the girl who helped christopher martinez. She ran to his aid, like so many others, ran to assist and she said she was administering cpr, she looked and she recognized the face and she turned to others and said this is chris. Can you imagine the grief and pain they have today . But theyre all together at this memorial, being there for each other, as weve seen too often in these tragedies. But you need someone to lean on, you need someone to cry on and to be there with you. Its tough. Its awful. There are no words to even try to begin to describe the unspeakable tragedy and the feelings that that community is now experiencing. And the questions. The questions. And certainly the Mental Health of this young man as well. Think of his parents. Of course, the families the race to the scene, and the mother hearing on the radio as the story was unfolding, and then to find out that it was her son who committed those terrible acts. Our joe fryer reported he didnt disclose the identity of the individual, but a friend says that this young man told him before, you know, i want to kill everyone. And the first thing i thought is, at what point do these words turn into the ability to act and do something . He said it out loud. So many signs. So many signs. And for five years apparently had been working on this socalled manifesto, which is basically a psychotic rage against women. We often talk about how these people fall through the cracks. This kid didnt fall through the cracks. His parents had him in therapy from a very young age. They were working on this, and you cant be by your kids side every second. They certainly tried. Deputies had interviewed him. He was of age. So they couldnt commit him into some sort of mental institution. He answered the questions. They said he behaved accordingly. So, you know, there was nothing more. But he also said in this manifesto, if the authorities had gone into his room thats what he says in this manifesto. We dont know because obviously he was very smug in this, saying basically i got away with this. But he says if they had gone into that room but what are the rights of an individual, privacy in your home. Had they also seen the videos, which his mother saw. They had them before they went. Had they seen those videos, they would have known this is a kid who is snapping. On to what i think is just a great story, shifting gears here. Jim carrey, we all love him. Hes such a wonderful guy. And when he gets onstage, normally he makes all of us laugh. Hes such a great comedian. But at a commencement speech in iowa on saturday, he gave students in the audience some really heartfelt advice based on his own family. He said to the crowd, my father could have been a great comedian, but he didnt believe that that was possible for him, and so he made a conservative choice. Instead, he got a safe job as an accountant. And when i was 12, he was let go from that job and our family had to do whatever we could to survive. I learned many great lessons from my father, not the least of which was that you could fail at what you dont love, is you might as well take a chance on doing what you love. I just love that. Its so profound and so true. But youve got to understand what his dad did. Because out of love for his family sacrifice for his family. I remember my dad was a great artist and was very good. A good commercial artist. At the time, a young black man couldnt get a job in the commercial artist union, so took a job as a bus driver because he had a family to feed and you make those choices. You would rather take the other choice, the creative choice. But, you know, for jim, he learned an amazing lesson from his dad, which is another gift his father gave him. By the way, when carey was a struggling comedian to make himself feel better, he did write a check for 10 million and post dated it in ten years. He slipped that check into his fathers casket when he was buried. His father, by the way, percy passed away in 1994. Chasing your dreams, is a great message. But when youre in the moment, youve got kids and theyve got to go to school and provide a meal for them every day. Its harder. But he made the sacrifice for jim, as our parents made sacrifices for us and we are their legacy. We are here because of them. As parents, all you wish for your children is to be able to allow them to pursue whatever it is they dream to do in life. The pursuit of happiness. So that theyre successful and can take care of us. Thats it. You want to write a check right now for 10 million, im happy. You better be nice and courtney is going to be cooking somewhere famous. Im going to be the one who takes care of you. Aww. Yes, maam, yes, maam. She will. You know she will. Still not getting the car. Made the case for the car, just with that. I was going to say. I would give her that. Thats a good argument. Another inspiring story, actually, is a young man, a valedictorian, out of florida, that we have been talking about. I dont think were going to do this one, though. But ill tell the story, anyway. Because adam said adam, im calling you out. Told me we were doing the valedictorian story. Okay. Well, this kid is amazing. His name is griffin furlong. He lost his mother at the age of 6 to leukemia. And he, along with his father and his brother, were in a homeless shelter for two years in louisville, kentucky. His family always had financial struggle, often having little to eat, let alone invest in his education in this tutoring and Different Things that might be available. But despite these incredible odds, he has gone on to a 4. 65 gpa. Geez. Thats what im saying. 4. Valedictorian. His attitude is never give up and he became the valedictorian of his class, despite this. And we were talking we all have adversity. Some far worse than others and we know that. But when you can see a kid like this guy, griffin furlong, who looks in the eye of adversity who says im taking it on and im going to win. Its incredible. A lot of Great Stories coming out. Florida state, working on getting a scholarship and the moneys available to meet his expenses. I have a feeling hell get those. Isnt that amazing . 4. 65. I didnt know it went past 4. Thats how good he is. They have to remake the numbers. Thats a. P classes you and i didnt take. Definite point on those. Its like one louder. Goes to ten, makes it go to eleven. He explains how did he this. Positive mindset. I tried to accomplish everything i needed to do. I know that i have everything to lose, so i just pushed myself. I mean, school is all i have. Family is all i have. Im doing everything for me and what ive been through. Im doing it for my mom. Thats his mother there. And he had a baseball cap and would write on it every season, never give up. Wow. So if we learn from jim carrey, 10 million check and this young man, never give up. Believe in yourself. And then a lot of kids are getting their first car, so youve got a lot of new drivers, a lot of teen drivers. In fact, theres a spike, numberone cause of death for teens during the summer. Thats right. And it Motor Vehicle crashes are the number one cause of death for our teens. And their first year behind the wheel and their first 1,000 miles are the deadliest. And so we really need to do a lot more to help our teens and their parents learn how to make driving safe for them. What do you say to parents who want to give this advice to their kids . Whats the number one thing they need to know . I think for parents, its about modeling the behavior that you want your kids to replicate. But also, theres a lot of resources out there. The Allstate Foundation has partnered with National Safety council to make sure that information is out there for best practices in the state. For example, limiting the time of driving and limiting driving at night. Thats right. Two huge things. Passenger restrictions, because one more passenger makes you 44 more likely to have a crash. Okay. So the seatbelt, of course, is your first defense. And tamron is going to show us how to do that. Wow. Picked a good dress. Didnt know what we were doing this morning. So im buckling up. So the good thing about seat belts, these are really lowtech. But they are the best defense when it comes to a car crash. Did i do it right . So the really important thing here for tamron, its low across her hips. And you want that seatbelt to restrain the bony, strong parts of your body. So your hip bones and your sternum, chest bone. So its great. Its coming right across your sternum and over your shoulder. And its not cutting you in the neck and its not over your abdomen. You also hear women who are more petite complain. And i used to take it off. And obviously i dont do that now. But because it would hit you in this awkward spot. So the good news is, we have a lot of cars that actually have better adjustable devices. And so you have adjustable a actuators here. Obvious times for your shoulder belt, bring it down if youre shorter and raise your seat up if you have an adjustable seat. What about car seats . So many parents put them in and surprisingly not putting them in correctly. I know. And so tamron, do you need a hand . Ive got it. You guys go on. Tamron just get up right now, im blocking you. Im just going to sit here. I wasnt prepared, im sorry. Its okay. Car seats have come a long way and what we have here is actually a car seat that can go through the life span of the child. This seat is for 5 to 110 pounds. So the really important thing is to pick the right seat for your child. Make sure its sized appropriately. Were going to come over here and im going to show you two ways now al is going to get in that. And ill buckle him correctly. Well see if we know. Thats right. Oh, baby. Theres two ways to install a car seat. One is to use the traditional seatbelt. And you can thread that through and bucklel it in. Sure. The other way has to do with whats called a latch attachment. And you can see these alligator clips. This is to help make installation easier for parents. If you look down in all of your cars that have been manufactured recently, down in the bite of the seat, there you go. You can feel it, al. There is a hard attachment that you actually just latch this into. Al, you want to do it . Sure. Hes had some experience with this. He does. Yes. There we go. And then you adjust it. Absolutely. So now its tight in there. And youre going to adjust that and make it really tight. The important thing with either a seatbelt or the latch system, you dont want more than one inch of side to side movement. And forwardfacing, rearfacing . Any difference . As far as safety . Yep, forwardfacing, you want to make sure you actually take advantage of the tether at the top. What you do is you have an attachment back here. Look at your cars manual and look at this car seat. And what this does is, it makes sure you dont have forward head excursion. This is not coming forward in a crash. Really important. All right. Dont take it for granted. Look at the manual, practice makes perfect. And a lot of times you bring it to your dealer and they will install it for you. And there are thousands of certified passenger seat technicians across the country. They will do this for you for free. Good advice. Thank you, deborah. But with all of the different option, white sugar, high freak toes corn syrup, it is hard to know if some are better than the others. The High Fructose Corn Syrup is just part of this equation. All these added sugars can be an issue. What were going to talk about is what to know about them. The body recognizes all of these things, whether they sound good or not, as the same thing when it gets digested. Including artificial sweeteners . These are all just regular sweeteners. We are born with a sweet tooth. People say i have a sweet tooth. That comes from nature. From sugar cane, from sugar beets and natural fruit. If you look at the added sugars, what you have in the diet from natural fruits is not the issue. All these things are added. This is cane sugar, whether you cube it, whether it looks more natural to you, this is just one step less processed from regular sugar. All of these added sugars are the issue because there are Health Ramifications from all sugars. So how much added sugar should we be getting daily . Whats the maximum intake . According to the american heart association, you know, reliable source, its not as much as you would think. Its about 5 of your calories. Lets say 100 to 150 calories a day. That translates for women into about six teaspoons only in a whole day. For men, its about nine. Its not much. When we move into other kinds of sweeteners, like honey, agave, molasses, brown sugar, any difference . There is no difference that the way the body will see this. Spoiler alert, youre not doing yourself a favor if you swap out regular cane sugar for agave or Something Like that. You want to cut down all added sugars because the health issue is for rotting teeth, for obesity that has its own health issues. These are the kinds of things to worry about. It may look more natural or healthy or better, but its always going to be viewed by the body as the same thing. Getting it to your mouth and making that behavioral change is something different. So sugar gets metabolized as sugar, no matter what form it comes in. Agave, low glycemic index . In general, when you talk about different sugars and how it affects your blood glucose, its the amount that youre going to be using generally. All these sweatene sweeteners h different taste profile. Basically, High Fructose Corn Syrup or table sugar are two little sugar molecules. High fructose corn syrup is almost identical, although studies are really inconclusive about whether its worse for you, but it doesnt seem to be. All right. Lets give an idea here of how much extra sugar were talking about. We all know about sugars in things like cakes and cookies. Look another a 12ounce soda. Thats ten teaspoons. Thats above your recommendations. Thats a lot. Things like granola. Still a lot. Or your favorite, a blop of ketchup has a teaspoon in just a tablespoon. There are myths out there that they can cause weight gain or that they can cause sweetener, so what is the reality . The fda explores all the safety issues. This is a free country. You can bring up whatever issues, but the fda has approved many of these sweeteners. The big three, the pink, the blue, and the yellow are generally recognized as safe and have a food additive classification, which is even more rigid. The plant based are generally recognized as safe. So use them or dont use them as part of a healthy diet. A new study out today goes compared to water, you actually seem to lose more weight using them. Grass needs some fixing up. That tree. The tree is bad. You also are looking at your neighbors house next door. Not identifying exactly the property that you are looking at to buy. I think that the house just looks dark. They talk about selling houses during the spring market. Wait just a little while for these trees to start to get leaves and guess what you see lets see the after. What do we got . Lets see the aftermath here. Okay. There we go. Boom. Instant curb appeal. Huge improvement. Absolutely. So is that worth it putting the money in to fix the grass, get the trees out. Is that worth the return youre going to get for fixing it . Absolutely. I think youve got about two to three seconds, when somebody pulls up to a house, to really grab their attention, or youre going to lose them. In this case, the picture on the left puts us in a scenario where i think people may just drive off. The picture on the right, its warm, its inviting, we see all kinds of green outside and somebody wants to go in and see. Absolutely. Lets move on to the next one. This is an area in the house, i guess it shows the breakfast room right when you walk in. This is how theyre showing it . I swear, there is no schtick here, i am not making this up. This is exactly how they found the house when the photographer went to take pictures. Never actually painted. In terms of that, i like the color on the house. But whats the skinny with the compressor in terms of what kind of work theyre going to do . I like the fact that they have something to clean the floor, but you might want to put that away. Overall, this is a great room that gets tons of light, but it just is completely messy. A little bit of elbow grease in here can put you in a situation where somebody wants to buy it. There you go. Remove the clutter. Lets see. This is how you stage it, right . This looks great. This a clean, orderly room. I think that this makes a buyer want to be in this house. And maybe wants to buy it. Static can drive a person crazy in the summer. You can smooth out your strands with the drier sheet. Well give her some static. What youll do is take a drier sheet. A fresh drier sheet. Scented or unscented . It doesnt matter. Unscented s probably better. But if you like the scent of one, there you go, hair fragrance. Youll just go over your strands section by section and smooth it out and it works just like it does with your clothing and static to get rid of any sort of flyaways. Nice. And then dont throw this away. When youre done, you can still use it in the drier and then use it to get deodorant stains off a black tshirt. Hows that work . Show us how. Weve got our deodorant stain right there. All you do is work the drier sheet, keep it dry, dont wet it or anything like that. Work it over that deodorant stain and before you know it, your shirt is just like new. What is it about a drier sheet that works . Could you use Something Else . A drier sheet has just really good friction so its going to get that graininess of it really helps to get in there. And it doesnt leave lint behind. So use it on your hair, the drier, tank top. What i like to do is peel it. I take the membranes off and create shaved grapefruit with a little bit of mint. H is a fun thing to do. You can also put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Who would have thought to put those two things together. I love grapefruit with mint. So refreshing. Youre debloating by the minute. I feel better. I feel thinner. This is my version of a long eye land iced tea. I call it a berkshire iced tea. I made it yesterday. Its incredibly slimming. I take a lemonginger tea bag. Steep it five minutes in a cup of water. Cool it off in the fridge. Then you add a shot of grapefruit just. You have the grapefruit now. Its good. Great. A shot of rum. Its better to not use a straw. Sip it straight. You suck . Air.
