She was coherent enough to tell us who did it, what he was driving and a street name of where the rest of the family lived. It was our understanding he was going to that location to kill more people there. Reporter police intercepted the suspect. This cell phone shows the dramatic 30minute car chase. Finally, he was cornered four miles from the crime scene. I guess he was looking for a way out of the neighborhood or something, he went straight for that culdesac. They trapped him in there. Reporter over the next three hours, police tried to get the suspect to surrender. They even used two armed vehicles to sandwich his car cutting off 18 chance of escape. He gave up after sun down at the end of a dark day in spring texas. The suspect had a court date today. He did not appear in court, though.
