This after the extremely rare early november snow in parts of the south. We said dylan is in maine tracking it for us. Whats it like up there . Reporter if i go to bermuda for one storm, and this is what i get. Back at it in the snow. Its not unusual to snow in early november in maine. It is unusual to get a foot or more this early in the season. Normally your first foot or more snowstorm arrives at the end of december closer to christmas. This storm system also produced unusual snow all the way down south. A second storm system produced rain and snow out in california. These two early season snow storms making a mess of both coasts. Winds nearly 50 Miles Per Hour slammed into massachusetts late saturday. Storm tested new englanders watched the ocean wash over the sea wall. We were in the blizzard of 78 so its nothing new for us. Reporter fans in North Carolina braved blizzard conditions to watch Appalachian State bury Georgia State on the snowy field. Lots of layers. And because of that, you are seeing a lot of third party candidates, independents getting in there. We have the kansas race, which may be the epitome of this. Greg orman, this independent, neck and neck, a long time incumbent is pat roberts. Were seeing libertarian candidates and other candidates, they are polling above normal because they are none of the above. What about what kristen was talking about. What happens if, we dont know how its going to go, if republicans get control of the senate, they got the house already, what does that look like . Thats been part of the frustrate republican candidates think they havent closed the dale, they dont have nothing to run in. They dont know what the republican agenda is going to be if they get control of the house and senate. The question does it get antagonistic . I wanted to do a major walk in a major city between two sky escapers. Its an unprecedented double dare in the art of the windy city. A grueling walk from marina tower west to the even taller, Leo Burnett Building. A punishing 15 degree incline. A second even more terrifying walk, from marina tower west to east. This time blind folded. All without a tether or safety net to catch him as he falls. As i step on the wire, every single step is either life or death. Walking the wire up high is a mental game. Your brain is screaming dont do this. This could be fatal. Wallenda trusts two people above all, his father and his uncle who engineer and rig his every guy. Im the what if go. What if this were to happen, how can i make sure it doesnt happen. He can talk to me and say hey, that doesnt look right. Hes the eyes and voice of reason to say the rigging doesnt look right. Were talking about a 15degree incline. That if you were to put the treadmill on 15 degrees, climbing uphill. How challenging is that going to be for nik . Its going to be a bit taxing for his legs. Hes got to focus on his balance and each step. He might tend to get cramped up maybe in his thighs, depending on how cold it is, but, you know, hes trained for that so much. He told me that last night, that he was really excited about this, and which was a relief to me, because, you know, im concerned for him, of course, and his safety, but he will be ready for it. Willie and i saw him last night and he was as calm as can be. Im worried about the borderline folded part though. How do you train for something i know hes trained, but this will be the first time hes ever done Something Like this and were talking at 600 feet up between these skyscrapers with the wind and all of that surrounding him . I was a little bit worried about when he first told me as well because you cant necessarily walk in a straightline if you dont if you are not able to see it, but he has train very hard for this, and im also going to be present there and watching his steps and telling him to take certain steps and to adjust steps as needed so he doesnt trip over anything.
