As robert sits in a jail cell the official complaint has been filed in los angeles and accusing him of murdering susan burman in 2000. Theyre planning to extradite him. He was a witness to a crime and was intigsally killed because of the fact. Authorities have said that burman was going to be questioned on the disappearance just before she was killed. The lawyer says that the client will pled nothing. He did not kill susan and ready to end the rumor and speculation and have a trial. Susan new too much and he wanted to shut her up. The author of the murder case say that is the evidence revealed in the documentary the jinks is the key.
