Garett bolles steals the night by bringing his infant son on stage, showing him off to the crowd. The touching moment that has fans cheering today, april 28th, 2017. From nbc news, this is foe day with matt lauer and savannah guthrie. And good morning everyone. Welcome to today on a friday morning. I love it when future nfl stars go all disney on us. I thought i would like to start this show by Holding Charlie up in the air because the crowd loves it. We have a busy day, though. Lets get right to our top story and it is that surprisingly candid new interview with President Trump as he opens up about the challenges facing his administration and the job of being president. And in a moment, were going to have a candid conversation of our own with attorney general Jeff Sessions. But first nbc National Correspondent Peter Alexander is at the white house. Reporter day 99 now for President Trump. The president in a new interview saying the u. S. Is considering serious action in north korea. Also offering a personal view of kim jongun, refusing to say whether he thinks the young dictator is rational or irration irration irrational. President trump keeping up the tough talk on north korea, insisting he prefer a diplomatic solution but offering this warning. Well, there is a chance that we could end up having a major, major conflict with north korea. Absolutely. In an interview with reuters, the president saying this about north koreas erratic dictator, kim jongun. Hes 27 years old, his father dies, took over a regime, so say what you want, but thats not easy. Rex tillerson will chair a meeting signaling an openness for the u. S. To have direct talks with the country. Obviously, that would be the way we would like to solve this, but north korea has to decide theyre ready to talk to us about the right agenda. Reporter tillerson indicating china has asked north korea to stop its testing, something that top korean Officials Say would never happen. Overnight the country releasing this propaganda film, simulating attacks on the white house, the u. S. Capital building, declaring the enemy to be destroyed is in our sights. The white house is pushing back against new accusations it failed to properly vet Michael Flynn. Why would you rerun a background check on someone who is the head of the department of Defense Intelligence agency that had and did maintain a high level security clearance . Thats it. Reporter but flynn was fired by the Obama Administration in 2014 and nbc news has learned the trump transition did do its own background check on flynn and hired him anyway. Now, the pentagons Inspector General saying it opened an investigation into flynn earlier this month over payments he received from a speech in russia in 2015 and lobbying work for turkey last year. Also this morning making news from that interview, President Trump acknowledging he misses life before he entered the white house. Take a listen. I loved my previous life. I had so many things going. I actually this is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier. I thought it was more of a im a details oriented person. I think you would say that. But i do miss my old life. This i like to work, so thats not a problem, but this is actually more work. Reporter more than five months after his victory, the president says he misses driving and now feels like hes living in a cocoon. Back to you. Thank you very much. U. S. Attorney general Jeff Sessions is with us now. Good morning. It is great to see you. Let me start with a simple question. Was Michael Flynn properly vetted by the Trump Transition Team before being named the president S National Security advisor . Well, they work hard on vetting. They do the best they can. It is impossible to know everything. I dont know what they did in that case, and im not aware and im not involved in studying it. But there are investigations underway. If it turns out that general flynn lied on his paperwork for that application or if he continued to work for a foreign interest while he was the National Security advisor, he may have committed a felony. And it will fall on your department to decide whether to prosecute him or let him go. You have already recused yourself from investigations involving any coordination between Trump Associates and russian officials. Does that recusal extend to this area, to general flynn . My recusal deals with the Campaign Issues, but i would expect im not to be involved in this one. You would recuse yourself with any decision dealing with general flynn . Yeah. I really dont know whether there is an investigation or should be and we dont confirm investigations in the department of justice. Real quickly, his Attorney Says he has a story to tell, and they have asked for immunity in exchange for testifying. Should he be given immunity . Well see the. The people who have the authority to decide that will decide that. The president just recently gave an interview and talked about this investigation, from which you have recused yourself and he said that russia is a faux story. It is made up. Democrats lost an election and they used the russia story as a way of justifying how they lost. It is a fake story. Your department of justice is, in fact, investigating whether or not the Trump Campaign colluded with russia. Is it a take story, or is it a legitimate investigation . Thats to be decided by the new deputy that was confirmed, Deputy Attorney general yesterday. He will follow his lots since i recused myself to make those decisions and i will not comment about the case and you know i cant talk about that case. True, but is it a legitimate area of investigation. Im not going to go into that. I will let the officials discuss it. Do you agree with the president that it is a fake story . Ill let others comment on that. Here we are at the 100day mark and the president gave this interview yesterday and he said about the job of the president , this is more work than in my previous life. I thoue easier. What do you think of that . Well, he it is a tough job. I got to tell you. And he works so hard. I mean, this man has tremendous strength and energy and he works into the night every night and, so, but it is a tough job. My job is a 12hour a day job also. Ive got to tell you. It is exciting and thrilling. You feel like you are making a contribution to america and im sure the president gets satisfaction from that. He may get points for candor saying, hey, this is harder than i thought it would be. Health care is more complicated than i thought, he said. This issue of the dynamics between north korea and china was different than he thought. Should he have been more prepared . I think hes prepared and has a good philosophy and approach to it but carrying out those approaches and going through the minutia and congress and all the problems you have to execute change in america is a real challenge and it is frustrating, im sure, for businessmen on occasion who is used to getting things done quickly. Were doing the lightening round here. The cia director delivered a speech and said it was time to call out wickdy leaks for what it is, a nonstate, Hostile Intelligence Service vetted by state actors like russia. Do you agree . We are having a tremendous problem throughout our system, it seems to me, with leaks. Some of this is very serious. Not just a leak of abuse or theft or some whistle blower approving government. These are direct threats to the techniques and security procedures that our government has. And im worried about it. I think we need to do more to end this. Weve got to step up our efforts. But to the question, do you agree with the director, wikileaks is a state actor working at the beheadst of a state like russia. We are going to follow our responsibility to analyze these matters. The cia director shares with us leaks and things that he thinks are important. And we evaluate them appropriately. But we dont talk about any investigation that we have ongoing. Although it does beg the question then would it bother you that candidate trump would Say Something like i love wikileaks during the campaign . Well, they were putting out information that political information that im sure he valued. But so its okay to embrace that kind of an organization if theyre helping you politically. There are limits on what you can do to take peoples private information off their computers. There are certainly limits of what you can do to share intelligent top secret information with our adversaries. Thats what you call a poll perry of topics. To arkansas now, which carried out its fourth execution in an eightday span last night and the latest is calling for an investigation after the inmate lurched and shook while strapped to the gurney. He appeared to convulse and jerk for up to 20 seconds after the drug was administered. One of his attorneys described that execution as horrifying. He is calling for a full investigation. A spokesman called it an involuntary muscular reaction and said the state is unlikely to call for review. Now to the trip by pope francis to egypt. It is the first visit there by the leader of the Catholic Church in two decades. In the wake of recent terror attacks on christian churches, security is a huge concern. Reporter good morning. In just over an hour, the pope will join a procession to his church that was attacked by an isis bomber in december. You can see why many here are anxious and excited for this trip. He was driven straight to meet the president of egypt cht his route lined with security. The pope arriving in cairo this morning, met by high security, greeting journalists onboard the plane, telling him this is a trip of unity and brother hood. Isis structure chs here weeks ago and isis urged its followers to Slaughter Christians. The pope recording his own video message. I come as a friend, a messenger of peace. The pope is calm and we are calm. You know, we go there. We take the necessary precautions and the local security also takes care of us. Egypts security was criticized just this month after bombs hit two churches in separate cities on palm sunday. 47 died. Another attack before christmas captured on security footage. A church packed with worshippers and then an explosion. Today the pope driving straight to meet egypts hard line president , who has supported the christian community. More muslims are killed by islamic terrorism than any other groups. The middle easts largest christian community. What about the victims . The kids, the babies . Killing people for what . Catholics are a small minority. We are asking ourselves if the pope will come in these conditions, and he, himself, said i am coming to egypt. Today he will reach out to all faiths. He will join peace and love. Christians fearful, but defiant. Despite the isis threat, churches in cairo this week packed. Meanwhile, officials tell me there is concerns that isis fighters have been returning to egypt and the government has been criticized by human Rights Groups for a crack down on opposition leaders and journalists. Matt . All right. Thanks very much. Here at home were learning more about the settlement reached between United Airlines and a passenger dragged off his flight for refusing to give up his seat. Tom, good morning to you. Reporter good morning. United airlines is hoping now that the turbulence caused by this Public Relations dedockle will start to debeet. Tlement in lightening speed, less than three weeks since this incident occurred. This morning United Airlines is saying its pleased to have reached an amicable resolution of what it calls this unfortunate incident. That incident, the brutal dragging of dr. David dau that caused him to lose two teeth and suffer a broken nose and concussion. Details of the settlement are not being made public, but dr. Daus lawyers writing in a statement in part united has taken full responsibility for what happened on flight 3411 without attempting to blame others. United is to be applauded. The airline now promising more training for difficult situations, Creative Solutions for agents, fewer overbooked flights and up to 10,000 for passengers willing to be bumped for later flights. We breached public trust and were profoundly sorry for that. The united ceo telling oscar holt, apologizing is not enough. It has to be followed up with action. Were going to put the customer at the center of everything we do. Cell phone videos now shining a spotlight on almost everything that happens on board a plane. Like this recent confrontation between a mother and an American Airlines Flight Attendant over the removal of her stroller from the plane which left the woman in tears. Im not really clear on why im being asked to leave this plane. This passenger removed from his flight after getting up to use the rest room during the critical moments while the plane was waiting to tax off, despite instructions to stay seated. My bladder in that moment i realized more than anything i didnt have complete control over. The plane has to return to the gate. Hamilton put on another flight and refunded half the cost of his ticket. The bottom line, if the plane is moving on the ramp, youve absolutely got to comply with the Flight Attendants instructions. Thank you. Kind of lesson this morning on how not to approach a gas station. A car comes barrelling in. It slams into the gas pump, knocking it on to the car in the next lane. The man that was pumping gas got out just in time. Fortunately there wasnt a fire. They believe the driver was fleeing the scene of another car crash moments earlier. They are still looking for another suspect. Something tells me there is more to that story. Lets go to al. Some other folks in the midsection of the country in rough shape. Thats your latest weather. Matt . Thank you very much. More of our special series, in trump they trust. As we approach the 100th day of the trump presidency, Nicolle Wallace has been talking to voters who helped to send him to the white house. Erie county, pennsylvania, was one of the most dramatic upsets of the election. Thousands of democrats crossed party lines to vote for donald trump. For one reason jobs. Hopes were high when we visited them in january. And heres the feeling now that sound you hear, it marks the end of another shift at the g. E. Plant in erie. Since he lost his job, dave lock hears something else. I hear the horn. It used to mean something. I used to work there. Reporter last november, this lifelong democrat and Proud Union Member channeled his frustration into a vote for donald trump. I liked his boldness, his bluntness. I like the fact that hes a businessman. He wanted to bring business back to this country. Theres a lot riding on this for me and my family. Weve watched our middle class shrink, as weve exported our jobs and wealth. Its hard to put into words when you lose it all. Reporter has he delivered . Or does he look like hes going to deliver at the 100day mark . I think hes trying. I think hes working on it. I dont think the 100day mark is a fair measure for any president. Reporter do you feel better than you felt under the last president . I think were scared. Its because of the situation me and my family are in. Im out of work. I dont think it matters who is in office right now. My family is scared. Reporter judy phelps likes her hockey players to be tough. And she likes the same from her president. We have begun to drain the swamp. I like that. Reporter thats one of the reasons the lifelong democrat voted for donald trump. I think hes like a lone wolf. A lone wolf. Sticking up for what he believes. Hes not like any other president in the past. Reporter your advice for President Trump before the inauguration was a to think before you speak. Engage your brain before it comes out of your mouth. Reporter some people think hes not particularly attached to the truth. That he says things like, president Obama Wiretapped him. Those things bother me. I did not like that. But i thought, were going to find out sooner or later. The fbi director said it was not true. So, we know. The fbi director has not been reasonable in the past. Reporter do you believe the fbi director . I take it with a grain of salt. People are tired of lies. I still support him. I do not trust the politicians. I mean, thats more and more clear to me. And i knew that he was going to have one heck of a rough time. Its not over. Reporter when we were here back in january, scott slauson, the head of g. E. s union, said something surprising. You told me that half of the union membership, were voting for trump. Why havent democrats filled this vacuum . Thats a good question. Reporter have any of the democrats called you and asked why did this happen . Not one. It goes back to the reason that donald trump won. Politicians stopped listening to the little people. I lost my job. Im in my 40s. I have to go back to school to be retrained to find something to support our family. They dont know what that struggle is like. Reporter back in february, dave hoped to see some results after 100 days. You know, i would like to see at the 100day mark that ground has been broken on this new plant or they started looking at hiring. Reporter do you see enough news and information about his efforts on jobs . Probably not. But i think theres a lot bigger, hotter topics right now, between syria and korea and all of that. Reporter do you think that donald trump can win erie again if he doesnt do something noticeable to the economy in erie . I think it will be a lot tougher for him because erie is a hardworking community. We dont have jobs to work hard at. And something to be proud of. Hell be called out on it, for sure. I love this town. I dont want to leave it if i can help it. We need the jobs. We need the industry back. I need to know that erie can survive. So, you know, we talk about trumps voters. We lump a lot of them into categories. But what i have found in erie, more than anywhere else, this was a vote made out of pain, out of desperation and out of what may seem to us, like fanciful hope. But they bet the house on donald trump. And when i spend time with them, i hope for them that they were right. Yeah. You could use the word frustration, suspicion, in terms of how they feel about politicians in general in washington as a whole. Right. Were rooting for them. Thats for sure. Thank you. In the meantime, monday marks the start of national Mental Health awareness month. And a new initiative, speak ul for kids. Wellknown athletes, actors and politicians are opening up about the personal struggles they have faced and their triumphs. I have obsessivecompulsive disorder and a general anxiety disorder. I have adhd. I have depression. I had a teacher tell me that i would never amount to anything. And i would never be successful. And Michael Phelps is going to win gold. When i was a kid, this was a cure for dyslexia. Smarten up. Smarten up. Smarten up. Thank you, welcome to the tonight show. It feels like its never going to end. And it does. Oh, boy. Thank you. What i would tell my younger self about having anxiety is that as ive gotten older, ive learned how to manage it with so many tools that have led to me living a pretty normal and exciting and vibrant life. I would tell my inner self to squeeze my dog tightly and to read a book and to meditate and to breathe and understand im not alone. Sometimes you feel so dark and you isolate. And you question yourself. And you think, what did i do to feel like this . Its a chemical imbalance. Having anxiety might be indicative of other beneficial, positive characteristics. One great thing about being dyslexic, you tend to focus like a laser beam. You find something you can do well, you go right there to become successful. Im an actor, a comedian and a judge and i got a lot of Mental Health issues. Since ive spoken out about it, i have coping skills and im doing well. Dont be quiet. Tell people. Talk to your mother. Talk to a teacher. Talk to your best friend. Once i found that it was okay to talk to somebody and seek help, that has changed my life forever. And now, im able to live life to its fullest. Dr. Herald capowicz is also the president of the child mind institute. Good to see you. When you look at the numbers, its really astounding. 17 million children in our country have a Mental Health disorder. What kinds of disorders . Were talking about the fact this is the most common illnesses of childhood adolescence. Someone knows and loves these children. If its not your son or daughter, its your niece or nephew. Its autism, adhd, depression, obsessive compulsion disorder. All psychiatric illness, occurs before age 4 and before 14. Thats when you should identify and treat it. If i have a symptom for ten years, much harder to treat than a symptom thats six months old. Back to the numbers is it that theyve increased or that were more aware of them . Were Getting Better identification. And were starting to do more science. The more science we do, the more we recognize that its about the brain and not about your parenting. You know, you can get angry that your parents gave you bad jeans. But its not the way your mother works or didnt work. Or your father and mother got divorced. Its the fact that certain kids are more vulnerable than others. Lets talk about the news. The series, 13 reasons why. A lot of young teens are watching it. Its premised on a teens suicide. I know you have strong feelings whether teenagers should be watching this or all. 90 of all of the teenagers who commit suicide have a psychiatric disorder. And thats 5,000 teenagers this year. And 600,000, one every 2 1 2 minutes, will make an attempt that leads to the emergency room. That means that this show should be pulled off the air immediately. Teenage suicide is contagious. We know for over three decades that when kids watch television where they depict a suicide, theyre more likely to attempt and theyre more likely to actually suicide. The problem with 13 reasons is that it shows you that when youre in trouble as a teenager, there is no help, youre hopeless. And that suicide is glamorous and effective. Thats not the message we want them to have. We want the message that my younger self gives. These are prominent people that say, when i spoke up, i got help, i can have a great life. And hopefully the celebrities who talk about it, will help erase the stigment. Thank you for being here. If you want more information on Mental Health, go to today. Com. Just ahead, dr. Hes about to teach us ways to cope. Maybe dr. Stork will deliver. There you go. I got it. And check it out. Hes kind of unrecognizable. Josh groban is here with his fellow cast mates. You have to look closely. You see . There he is. Wow. Thats from the show natasha, pierre and the comment of 1812. Theyre helping us close out our Broadway Week in a huge way. Lets get a check of the weather. Todays weather is brought to you by zales. Celebrate your love with a gift from zales, the diamond store. What do you say we check out our weekend, and what we got in store for you, starting with saturday. More flooding making its way through the mid mississippi and ohio river valleys. Plenty of sunshine, a few showers in the pacific northwest. Sunday, sunday, strong storms in the lower and central gulf. Major flooding in the Mississippi River valley. Sunshine along the eastern seaboard. A few showers along coastal oregon. A little cooler here in the northeast. Thats whats happening around the country. Im meteorologist carrie hall. A lot of sunshine in the forecast. Looking live at the trivalley from pleasonton, 49 degrees, mid 50s elsewhere, upper 50s now for the east bay. But then as we go into this afternoon, all of our temperatures making it into the 70s. For all the inland areas, trivalley to 73 degrees, peninsula at 71, and up to 68 degrees in San Francisco, while the north bay will see a high of 77 degrees. Over the next few days our temperatures continue to warm and the sunshine continues even into next week inland spots in the thats your latest weather. Dont forget. Check out your friends at the Weather Channel for your weekend weather when you need it. Lets head back inside to matt. Thank you. The cdc estimates 26 million americans struggle with seasonal allergies every year. Not to get too far into mr. Rokers territory. But the projections for the next few weeks, shows tree pollen is bad in the west and will get worst as it comes to the east. Grass poll listen be bad across much of the country, especially for you folks down south. We brought in dr. Travis stork, host of the doctors to provide a little relief. Good to see you. Appreciate it. A lot of people grabbed their tissues and want to hear this. What is an allergy . What is happening that makes us feel this way . Your immune system is going haywi haywire. It takes pollen, which is harmless. But it gets in your eyes and your nose, and your immune system goes on the attack. Thats what causes the similar thomas. The itchy, watery eyes, congestion, runny nose. You have two camps. The people that suffer from allergies and those that dont. Is it the luck of the draw . It is the luck of the draw. Theres interesting science. Kids that you up on farms, less likely to get allergies and asthma. And the thought is, we live such clean lives that our immune systems are not exposed to as many germs. And the immune system is always on the lookout of things concerning to it. If youre not exposed to germs, youre more than likely to have allergies. Is it possible to take steps and do things to prevent the symptoms from coming in the first place . It is. This is what i tell people. If you can avoid the allergen, youre going to win. Youre outside, wear big sunglasses. When you get home, go ahead and shut the doors and windows. Run your air conditioning with a good air filter. Vacuum regularly this time of year. Personal hygiene is crazy. If you get home, put the clothes in the wash. And a lot of people forget to wash their hair. And they lay on the pillow and sleep in the pollen. Not much of a problem for me. Im one of the people that never had allergies until age 45 and then, they kick in. Is that common . Its not uncommon. And theres no rhyme or reason. Or sometimes people move to a new location and theres an allergen in the air that bothers them. Youve gone through the symptoms, the clothes washing, taking a shower, the air felters. A lot of times you get to this season and think, do i have a cold . Or is this an allergy . How do you know the difference . Sadly, sometimes it can be both at the same time. The biggest difference is, with allergies, youre talking about itchy, watery eyes. If you have a clear discharge, its really thin. A cold should be selflimiting in a week or two. Youre going to have the mucus buildup. Treat them differently or the same . The good news is a cold will go away on its own. What i say with allergies, you want to take control of your allergies before they take control of you. Theres ways to diminish the effects of allergens these days. A lot of medications. You see the commercials and the magazines, the ads are in there. When do you know you need to see a doctor and not just work with something youre getting over the counter . You feel like allergies or you think theyre allergies and theyre controlling your life, id go see your doctor. The great thing is now, if you see an allergist, they can put a game plan in place. A lot of overthecounter treatments, antihistamines, nasal steroids. If you figure out whats causing your symptoms, this is one thing in medicine were effective at, treating allergies. See a specialist if you need to. Were going to put up information on our website, in particular, kids and allergies. Absolutely. Thank you. To check out the doctors, check out your local listings. Up next, a today exclus e exclusive, the daughter of the woman who touched readers before losing her life to cancer, opens up about her mothers legacy. First, this is today on nbc. 8 39, now. Back with a feelgood friday story. Its tied to a love letter in the New York Times that went viral earlier this year. It was written by a Childrens Book author, and she wrote it days before she lost her battle with Ovarian Cancer. Maria shriver sat down with her daughter. Maria, good morning. Im doing a photo each day that reminds me of her that represents her, that tells a story about her. Im picking up where she left off. Reporter paris says her mom loved creating extraordinary moments. As much as she loved writing about them. Often encouraging strangers on social media to meet her and create a memory. She would be the woman with the yellow umbrella. She wanted to bring people together to do lovely things and to ultimately make the world a better place. Reporter paris spent the last two months of her moms life by her side, journalling conversations they had and the wisdom amy left behind. Your mom said to you, dont go around it. Go through it. So many people are afraid of going through it. You might think initially, its easier to go around it, to not feel really hard things and just avoid it. But that comes back to you. Reporter amy shared stories with paris, how to create happiness. Dont get wrapped up in tomorrow. Live your life the way you want to live if you knew you only had a certain amount of time left. Reporter lessons amy lived by long before she was sick. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for this incredible ride. Tomorrow would have been amys 52nd birthday. And her family Just Launched the akr Yellow Umbrella Foundation as another way to honor amy, by supporting child literacy and Ovarian Cancer research. Paris is just amazing. Thats an incredible story, maria. I get jealous when i see people like that. Yeah. Obviously, it turned out in a way they didnt want. But im jealous of that spirit and that way to look at the world, with such a rational sense. And she lives on. So inspiring. So inspiring. She really is. Thank you, maria. Beautiful piece. I thought there was something wrong with the bat. It was just that i hadnt mastered the heat nasozzle. It has that safety on the side. Whats wrong with this bath . Do you put bubbles . I admire her so much. Maybe i should take a bath. I havent taken a bath in years. I take one every other night. Im a shower girl. Do you use bath salts . Sometimes if im there. I like hot baths. Its heavenly and peaceful, and you want to think smart things. Its great for moms to get together and talk mom stuff. Yes. It was very therapeutic. Its therapeutic. And i got a job at wnbc in new york and i got to work with a murderers row of the best in the business. We hadnt seen each other for dinner in about ten years. We call each other. And we had dinner last night. A nice restaurant called the simone. And theres chuck and sue and len and janice. We had a great time and laughed for two or three hours. You get together with people you have something in common with, its uplifting. We had never done it before. You grew up in new york city and you know the faces. I grew up in kansas and i was aware of those people. They are legends outside of new york city. It was just great. And i mean, its on par with this experience. You have seminal moments in your career. Did it remind you of how far youve come and give you a moment to celebrate yourself and your accomplishments . Its a reminder of how blessed i am. This must be your dream job. No, i never dreamed i would do Something Like this. And to work with those folks is another blessing. And youre good people. That helps. Speaking of blessings tell me about it. Ice cream. We like to get free stuff here. Thats what i like to do at night. Ice cream . Thats right. Heres a question. You go into the ice cream store, whether its ben jerrys or baskinrobbins. How many ice cream samples is okay . What do you say . It depends on who you ask, if you ask my 9yearold, theres no limit. Both my kids are like, i want to taste that and taste that. And im looking at nine people behind me. Make a decision. Get what you always get. Momma, i want to taste and theres some in l. A. Theres a sign saying twotaste maximum. Interesting. I imagine, some pem say, after three or four, im fine. Im good. I feel like two. Three, if getting greedy . Does it matter if theres a line behind you . If its empty . Does that affect the decisionmaking . There was a post on tasting table. They say max out your tasting tour at four or five. That seems a lot to me. I think i would get the hairy eyeball from the ice cream lady. If you do two apiece. Thats honey comb. Thats really good. You know what it is . Some of us like vanilla. But they have new kinds. You want to try them. Theres a soup place downstairs, helen hearty. And i want to i want to ask for three. I always buy. Thats good. Doublefist it, right . Thats a good time. This, tasting. Lets check out what curb your enthusiasms larry david thinks about this. I want to try the banana. Banana . Whoa. It might taste like a banana. And some chocolate. Just the plain chocolate. Youre like a sample abuser. Thats what you are. Whats the matter with you . Youre abusing the sample privile privilege. Im going to have the plain vanilla. She winds up with vanilla . You have to be kidding me. How is the vanilla . Its so its relatable. Right . We say two. Two is the max. My 9yearold tried to go in one the other day, just do samples and leave. Yes. I had to educate him about commerce. Thats right. One of our pals, ryan scott, a great chef and also cohosted our program. And he has a new haircut. A longer hairstyle. Its like a mullet but turned on its side. I love it. But our producer said they like the old look, with shorter hair instead of the new. We polled our viewers and ryan agreed to cut his hair if they liked the old look better. Poll results . 70 like the old look. 30 like the new do. So, hes a man of his word. Guess what . Hes here this morning. Hes going to do it live. You cant go wrong. He could have his hair any old way. Sheinelle cant even look at me. Because its so amazing . Bad. The food is great. Just the hair. In the pan here with olive oil is the garlic and the chicken. You will cook this about five or six minutes until its golden brown. You take it here all the way cooked. You could put scallops in here. You can mix up a lot of it. You want to do lobster, get fantfan fancy. I couldnt put bacon in the cookies, i put it in this dare. You cook about six pieces of bacon. You chop them up. And you take the bacon love. Add onion. Add fresh tine. Saute that for five or six minutes. Once its sauteed, you will add chicken stock. Add cream. And chicken caesar, caesar dressing from the jar. Once thats in there, mix, mix, mix. Have it come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, it looks oh, my gosh. Whoops. Were going to cook the spatula. The spatula is in the dish. So, you take this. Now, you take the chicken, the bacon and the parsley. Then, you take this guy right here. You strain your angel hair pa a pasta. Once this is all mixed, you take that and mix these bad boys together. Heres a trick. A lot of people didnt know. Once al roker takes 15 minutes to mix this yes. You take cheese. This is parmesan. This is the pasta water. You put a lid on. Dont fuss with it dont mess with it. How long do you leave it . About a minute or two and a beer. Once youre done, the cheese hits on top. You get the cheese thats melted . It allows it to come together. Once it comes all together, mr. Roker, i cant take myself serious because i cant see my hair. Angel hair pasta caesar. You take the croutons from a packet go on top. Bacon and parsley go on top of this. And you have one of the most fun, inventive, different dishes. You go online you said this is a far stretch. But this is a shortbread get it, jenna .
