The fire ball was inspected several times this week before opening with no problems reported. Records show the ride passed an inspection the very day the accident occurred. Ohio state investigators determined to find answers. Basically an autopsy on that machine to make sure that we get to the bottom of why it came apart or why there was a malfunction. Reporter this morning, the fair has reopened, but the rides remain closed for reinspection. Governor john kasich visiting the grounds encouraging ohioans to keep comes. Harris and former ghost ship livein manager derrick al mana are charge with 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter. That is one count for each person who died in the december fire. Harris was a longtime warehouse tenant. After the fire, he moved to Southern California and thats when prosecutors filed charges against him.
