Charges at him, goes into his home and attacks him. The man was able to kick the suspect who then ran out of the house. Police say he left the second home and soon after was spotted on this Otterson Court lawn. Sot he turned around and faced the police officers, was screaming his head off and charged the officers like he was gonna tackle them, but instead they tackled him. Minaki is charged with felony battery, trespassing, resisting arrest, and a number of misdemeanors. Police say his facial injuries occurred before any of the attacks. Most of the defendants in the case are scheduled to be arraigned on tuesday. The suspended state senator, Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow and twentyseven others were indicted friday. The charges include public corruption, gun and drug traficking and a murderforhire plot. Yee was separately charged with scheming to defraud citizens and conspiracy in the indictment. State sen. Leland yee, Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow and 27 other defendants have been indicted by a federal grand jury in San Francisco on charges that include public corruption, gun and Drug Trafficking and a murderforhire plot. The indictment, which replaces a 137page criminal complaint filed by federal prosecutors last week against 26 people, adds three new defendants and a conspiracy charge against yee. It was issued late thursday and announced friday by u. S. Attorney melinda haag after the defendants march 26 arrests in an fbi raid.
