Good morning, yasmin, yeah, im not surprised to hear that and im not surprised to hear that because of a simple reason. This is a trump first foreign policy. This is President Trump putting a narrow element of his domestic Political Base, a narrow element to which he made a Campaign Promise, on the campaign trail last year, butting that narrow element of the Political Base above the interests of americas personnel and americas interests in the region. So, it doesnt come as a surprise at all to hear that secretaries mattis and tillerson did not support this. This is a difficult policy to support on the substantive merits when it comes to u. S.
