This is the recreation and Park Commission meeting of october 16th. If each person could fill out a blue card, that would be great. You do not have to fill out a blue card to speak. At the end of us calling all of the blue cards we will ask if anyone else would like to speak and if you would like to, you can come up then. So dont get worried if you havent filled out a blue card and you would like to speak. We would ask when you make public comment, you do make it to the commission
