Eggs, salt, flour, little bit of vanilla. Cashews is my kicker. Love cashews. Light weight. Great for the waistline. Youll think this is weird. Brown butter. Ever heard of that . This is super nutty and delicious. Like when you have it with pasta and sage in the winter time. My trick to making brown butter, microwave the butter with the lid on. Youre looking at me really weird. No, i dont even get whats going on. Check out the butter after its melted. Microwave it for a minute 1 2 to two minutes and stir it. That way youre not on the stove top because you can get burnt butter. Its perfect and its done. Does that make sense . Yes. So now what we do, we by the way, im totally ready for this segment by the way. I dont think there it is. Okay. But anyway, lets pretend. Lets pretend this mixes. This is great.
