Im adding olive oil through the top of my its a little messy. Good thing about cooking that way is it gives you a workout which i like. Once you made your pesto more rustic looking. You want to hear it sizzle when you put this into your hot pan. So we get a nice sear on our chicken breast. It will look like this in a couple minutes. Could you use a boneless chicken thigh.
