She goes to boarding school up in rhode island. We went up there for parents weekend. Its just saturday morning. Its 15minute classes where i get the parents go, the kids wait outside and we meet the teachers. Im telling you, it brought back like the sweats. Even just 15 minutes im fidgeting, i cant i got to get out of there i just nicks parentteachers open to look at colleges, i want to go back to school. I mean these kids its so much better now the resources are incredible. What do you mean . Like technology . The technology and the facilities and what they do. How they teach. I agree with you, just sitting in those board meetings when i was in college there were people up in this room making decisions about my life unbeknownst to me making it much better for the class of 2016 than the class of 92. The dorms that we had were no offense to my university they were not great. Now you go in the dorms, it looks like luxury condos. Hotels fantastic. But as an a. D. D. Kid, it is the more they have, the more that would freak me out because the but nowhe are allowances made. And because of the technology, theyre safe places. For kids who have special needs and certainly, i tell you, inclusion is wonderful. I into ed to not be in here more than ten minutes. It hit me, if i ever get to deliver a commencement address, ill say to those kids, i would say, listen, dont worry about there. I mean my father gave me great advice. He said try to have an idea of what youre going to do with your life by 30. So you got your 20s to try out a bunch of different things. Wow. Thats some good advice. My dad said you got four years, we dont have any money to pay for more college so get it done and get a job. Tom brokaw was talking about the fact that millennials on average between 24 and 30 will have six different job and it is not a big deal to them.
