The action cam was at Temple University hospital where the victim arrived in a bmw after 2 30. The two windows were shattered by at least four bullets. Police say the teen was sitting in the back seat of the car on the ten hund block of west ten hundred block of west tioga street. The wounded teen was able to tell the driver he was shot in the head. The car was rushedz rushed to temple where he was taken into surgery. A parent alerted authorities after their 13yearold found a two inch long razor blade in the wrapper of a miniature candy bar.
