It happened at 1 15. Police say two boys 16 and 17 were walking on the 1800 block. They told police a group of young men started arguing and one pulled a gun and started shooting. Both teens were shot. Both victims were transported by police to Jefferson Hospital they are in stable condition suffering from gunshot wounds from the legs. Reporter shell casings littered the ground while police investigated that shooting more gunfire erupted a block away. Police found a 19yearold man lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the leg.
