Hes the instructor for the first of her tandem jumps. Hes helping to keep her calm. You can clearly see me say oh [ bleep ]. In this point on, every year she went back to do another tandem jump. At least until january 2010 when her husband died. At 25 years old, i was a widow. And my whole life was kind of turned upside down. So i decided to do asf. Thats accelerated free fall. She wanted to learn how to do it herself. I had fallen in love with my instructor jeremy. Theyre passionate about the same thing. Then her life took another turn. We went out on an excursion. On the way back home, a guy ran a red light and tboned the car. Jeremy was driving. And he died almost instantly from that impact. No yeah. Nicole was seriously injured. Just didnt seem fair. Like, how much can one person take . After eight months of grueling physio, shes walking no limp and she wants to get back to skydiving. Wow. I think you could say we hit it off all right. There was plenty of space on the righthand side to maybe, maybe avoid this incident. It doesnt look like that person was trying to slow down at all. She speed limit in this area was reported to be about 50 miles an hour. No idea how fast that car was going. No injuries reported in this incident. Now, that incident could have been avoided. The driver got out of his car to confront the driver of the hyundai suv. Thats what set off the suv driver to ramming mode. Reports are that both drivers were arrested in this incident.
