You hear people cracking up at the unfortunate predicament for this little girl who is stuck on the asphalt. Youre not kidding. She is stuck to the road. It sounds like the road was just resurfaced the year before but itd been so hot in this region that the road was starting to melt. And so as she tried to walk across it, her poor little shoes ended up getting stuck. A Good Samaritan gets out of his car and ends up picking up the little girl and walks her across the way.
