For folks at the beaches, this could lead to dangerous rip currents. It will strengthen into a Tropical Storm. It will make landfall at some point between charleston, South Carolina and myrtle beach. Then it will turn and go out to sea. It will pump moisture in the northeast. Especially the interior northeast where we could see 1 to 3 inches of rainfall. In new york city, we could see spotty showers early monday morning. We are watching the storms through the plains. We are clearing out of texas. We do still have the chance of some isolated stronger storms. It is a marginal risk from the great lakes through texas. It could be spotty. Isolated damaging winds and hail.
