Job Description
• Define and maintain standard processes to ensure projects meet time/cost/quality targets.
• Defining the Master plan and Milestones
• Controlling the project progress from the initiating to closing phases and Reporting to CEO
• Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all program and project expenditure.
• Keeping an eye on progress of all orders coming into the PMO, monitoring progress and coordinating delivery dates
• Ensure that performance management and reporting on all programs is aligned with the overall Strategy roadmap
• Organizing and facilitating closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project
