Kako je sve počelo?. ne tako davne 2008 godine u malom selu Rečica Kriška na sjeveroistoku Zagrebačke županije na obroncima Moslavačke gore, nedaleko od Zagreba, malo poljoprivredno gospodarstvo obitelji Trut pokreće ekološki uzgoj lavande Budrovke.. Prva lavanda je posađena u proljeće 2008. godine, te je do danas u nadziranoj ekološkoj proizvodnji.. Osim uzgoja lavande, gospodarstvo se bavi i proizvodnjom raznih pripravaka od lavande, meda, voćnih rakija i sl.. 2012 godine, u Zagrebu najmlađi član OPG-a Ivana Trut, nakon brojnih iskustava u raznim tvrtkama, na raznim poslovnim pozicijama, odlučno kreće u novi samostalni projekt, ovoga puta u svojem aranžmanu sa vlastitom tvrtkom, registrirana za proizvodnu prirodne kozmetike pod imenom brenda Mala od lavande.. Već na samim počecima stvara dobra poznanstva u kozmetičkom i aromaterapijskom svijetu, te sa vanjskim suradnicima priređuje zavidnu paletu od preko 200 proizvoda za njegu lica i tijela.. Mnogi partneri i vanjski suradnici prate je u radu i potiču na ionako zasićeno tržište gdje od samoga početka stvara visok plasman na tržištu prirodne kozmetike..
