Stuart Fail

Biography

Stuart Fail, born Donald Stuart Fail in McHenry, Illinois on September 7th, 1963, is a director, author, actor and art director. He wrote and directed the sitcom pilot, Around the Basket, (2013), under his pseudonym Stuart Grams. Stuart has ghost written the scripts Let it Flow, Where the Clouds Begin, Tasting Possibility. Stuart is the author of the book, Pause: A Novel, (2007). Stuart is a playwright and his plays have been produced in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Minneapolis. Stuart holds three Master's degrees, receiving his MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA (2012). He has an MFA in directing from Minnesota State University (2009), and an MS in Theatre Education from the University of Tennessee, (1998). He received his BA in Geography from the University of Tennessee (1997).
