ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) halted its coronavirus vaccination process on Tuesday after its IT system crashed, according to a report on Geo News.
The suspension of the vaccination process troubled people who had arrived at PIMS and had been waiting in line to get the coronavirus vaccine jab. Several elderly people were asked by the hospital s management to go back without being inoculated.
Reacting to the development, the hospital administration said the IT system had crashed due to the closure of the NTC server, adding that without the IT system, it wasn t possible to vaccinate people. ....

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Special Assistant on Information, Kamran Bangash on Sunday said that separate Islamic section has been set up in the central Shuhada Amy Public School Library Peshawar keeping in view importance of Islamic literature for youth.
He said that Islamic section in the central library was set up on the special instructions of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan with a view to educate future generations about Islamic teachings.
Kamran Bangash said that Cheif Minister would soon inaugurate the library. He said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would take all steps to materialize the Prime Minister Imran Khan vision for welfare state on the pattern Riyasat-e-Madina. ....
