GUWAHATI: The Governor of Assam has announced one-time opportunity to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) units of the State to avail waiver of Fixed Charge amounts for the months of April, May and June 2020. However, the consumers will be eligible to avail the waiver on clearing of all outstanding electricity dues to Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) for consumption of power till 28/2/2021. ....
