Stern action to be taken against those involved in vanadlising of Sk Mujib sculpture: BD police
Dhaka, Dec 13 (UNI) Inspector General of Police Bangladesh (IGP) Benazir Ahmed said, “Smashing Bangabandhu’s sculpture is similar to attacking the constitution and stern action would be taken against those involved in humiliation of the Sk. Mujib sculpture.”
The IGP was addressing at a rally of officials and employees of the republic against the vandalism of Bangabandhu’s sculpture in the capital on Saturday (December 12).
IGP said, “Bangabandhu has made arrangements to recognize our flag, map or language. Attacking his sculpture means attacking the people. That is why the state will take legal action against those who are legally behind these attacks.”
