PM leaves on Europe tour
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh left Hanoi on August 31 for the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), and for visits to the U.K. and France from October 31 - November 5, at the invitation of his British and French counterparts Boris Johnson and Jean Castex.
