Vietnam attends U.N. Peacekeeping Ministerial Meeting
PANO - Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, Head of the Ministry of National Defense’s Steering Committee on Vietnam’s Participation in U.N.
