Vietnam's National Assembly, India's lower house ink MoU on library, TV cooperation
Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue and Chairman of the Rajya Sabha (Upper House) of India Venkaiah Naidu witnessed a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the N.A. of Vietnam and the Lok Sabha (House of Representatives) of India on cooperation in the field of library and television held in New Delhi on December 17.
