PANO - Over the past years, the Social Protection Center for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (AO) in Yen Binh commune, Thach That district, Hanoi under the Vietnam Association for AO victims has taken care of, nurtured, given rehabilitation, detoxification, and vocational training for a large number of AO victims.
