PANO - The 28-strong advance mission of the Engineering Company Rotation 1 under the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations (VNDPKO) arrived at the U.N. Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) on May 5 with absolute safety of personnel and equipment after three days of flight from Vietnam.
