Issues. what specifically are you planning on doing? >> we are in litigation. we have our first scheduling conference set for the 14th of april that has two things. number one, individual mandate absolutely unconstitutional. number two medicaid expansion, violate of 10th amendment, 9th amendment. in utah we are unique. we already our legislature decided they needed to do something on the state level, local level with regard to this issue. when created an exchange only massachusetts and utah have exchanges. you have federally elected officials telling state officials what they have to do. >> se...
