David Beckham is set to present a new Disney Plus series called “Save Our Squad.”
Co-produced by Twenty Twenty and Beckham’s production outfit Studio 99, the series will find the football icon returning to East London football pitches where he played as a child. He will mentor a young grassroots side who are struggling to survive in the league.

“Pose” will end with Season 3 at FX.
The groundbreaking series was renewed for a third season back in 2019. The seven-episode final season is now set to debut on May 2 at 10 p.m. ET, with two episodes airing that night. The series finale will air on June 6.

“’Write the TV show you want to watch!’ That’s what I was told in 2014 while completing my MFA in screenwriting,” said Steven Canals, executive producer, writer, director and co-creator of “Pose.” “At the time we weren’t seeing very many Black and Latinx characters — that happened to also be LGBTQ+ — populating screens. A Magic Kingdom TV Series Is Coming to Disney Plus
For All Mankind creator Ron Moore is preparing to bring Disney’s Magic Kingdom to television. Moore has recently penned a lucrative, multi-year deal with Disney+, which will allow him to explore the characters of the Disney parks and classic Disney films. According to
The Society of Explorers and Adventurers, which takes place in an alternate reality where the themed lands of the Magic Kingdom actually exist.
Moore is working closely with the Disney Imagineering team to bring the Magic Kingdom Universe to life.
The Society of Explorers and Adventurers could potentially include characters like a Jungle Cruise skipper or a prospector from Big Thunder Mountain, for example. The show will be produced by Moore’s own Tall Ship Productions.

Nissa Diederich, most recently the executive vice president of production for Touchstone Television (formerly Fox 21 Television Studios), has been named head of production at 20th Television in the wake of the consolidation of the Walt Disney Company’s TV studios.
Longtime production executive Jim Sharp, who had served as 20th’s production head and spent decades at the company previously known as 20th Century Fox, will depart the studio at the end of the year after assisting with the transition. Known as a smart, seasoned executive, Sharp’s oversight on productions at Fox dates back to shows such as “Malcolm in the Middle” and FX’s “The Shield.”

Known best for her recurring roles in Hulu’s “The Runaways” and ABC’s “The Rookie,” actress Angel Parker has been cast to co-star alongside Billy Campbell in Kevin Costner’s drama pilot “National Parks” at ABC.
“National Parks” follows a small group of elite National Parks Service agents as they solve crimes while protecting national treasures, uncovering a vast array of criminal activity that lurks amidst sweeping, beautiful landscapes.

Parker will play Ava Longridge, the ISB’s inquisitive intelligence analyst who gathers and studies evidence to assess potential threats inside of the parks. Campbell will play lead opposite Parker as Cal Foster, an experienced ISB special agent who has worked in the field for years but is now stepping into a new leadership role, determined to honor the position and help his fellow agents no matter what duty calls for.
