GSA tries again at awards for $5.5B IT product vehicle The General Services Administration has completed its second attempt at awards for the $5.5 billion 2nd Generation IT blanket purchase agreement known as 2GIT. GSA designed this contract to replace the Air Force’s much troubled NetCents 2 IT products vehicle. GSA and the Air Force named 75 winners of 2GIT in November 2019, including 56 small businesses.
