Three people have been apprehended and a case for causing death by negligence and relevant sections of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers Act has been registered.
The blaze had erupted on the 19th floor of the One Avighna Park building around 11.45 am on Friday. Arun Tiwari, a 30-year-old security guard of the building, died as he fell from the 19th floor.
