Haven't gone up and people aren't paying much more in taxes and if people were so angry about the federal deficit surely they would be fuming mad when we took bill clinton's surplus into debt. i think there is anger about a lot of stuff. i don't think it's primarily about taxes and deficit. that's a cover issue. >> they know we'll end up paying more taxes because of the deficit. >> they are paying at the state and local level. taxes and fees have gone up. >> there was not the level of anger that you see in our politics up until now. i don't think it's a coincidence. something else is going on....
