121 COCs canvassed since Tuesday: Comelec
MANILA-The Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), on Friday reported that it has already canvassed a total of 121 Certificates of Canvass (COCs). Based on the available partial and official National Tally Sheet Report No. 3 of the NBOC, the canvassed COCs has a total of 50,806,959 votes. The figure is 83 percent voter turnout from the 60,642,773 total registered voters from the more than 120 COCs.
