Knew this, it was a way worse recession when it came to jobs than people were saying. it's a period of 2008 going to march of 2009. and the bureau of labor statistics usually does this. they go back and relook at the numbers. another 824,000 jobs were lost during that period. and the government's current read something during that period we lost 4.8 million jobs. this would put us at 5.4 million lost during that period. the reason why they had to do this because as the monthly data was coming out, they said some information was not available. maybe somebody started a job in the middle of the y...
