New York Bill Would Expand Raw Milk Sales, Set Foundation to Nullify Federal Prohibition Scheme
ALBANY, N.Y. (March 15, 2021) – A bill introduced in the New York Assembly would expand raw milk sales through herd-share agreements. Passage into law would take an additional step toward rejecting a federal prohibition scheme in practice and effect. Asm. Kieran Lalor (R) introduced Assembly Bill 5957 (A5957) on March 2.
