SCCS Considers HAA299 Safe in in Dermally Applied Cosmetics
The Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety published its final opinion on HAA299 on November 25, 2021. The European Commission asked SCCS whether HAA299 is considered safe when used as an ultraviolet filter in cosmetic products up to a maximum concentration of ten percent.
