of scrambled politics. joining me now is aaron b k blik. i want to start with the obama care hearings on capitol hill. when it comes to all of the problems we've seen, who is to blame and what consequences should there be if any? >> there is quite the blame game going on right now. it's interesting to see in advance of the hearing today with kathleen sebelius testifying, there came out a report yesterday from one of the leading contractors on the website, c fwchlgi, which basic said they had warned the administration of significant severe problems about a month before the website launched and said that those problems cooperate be te couldn't be tested in time. so naturally it will be a matter of the government blaming contractors and contractors blaming the government. and i expect secretary sebelius will be asked about all the goings on in the month before
