Signet Real Estate Group has announced a restructuring of their organizational leadership, parent company Signet LLC announced today. Moving forward, Kevin Belt and Spencer Hyatt have been promoted to lead their respective Akron, OH and Jacksonville, FL offices, and have earned ownership in Signet's Real Estate Group and related projects.
Kevin Belt has been elevated to Managing Director & Senior Vice President, with direct management responsibility over Signet Real Estate's Akron operation. Belt has been with the company for eight years and has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leading high-profile development projects such as Marshall University's Stephen J. Kopp Hall School of Pharmacy, Fairfield Landing, Marshall's graduate housing community, Metrohealth Brecksville Health & Surgery Center, and NEOMED University's Education & Wellness Center.

The Maine CDC reports 405 new cases of COVID-19 statewide and 91 people who have recovered. 7 more people, diagnosed with the virus, have passed away in Androscoggin, Cumberland, Hancock, and York counties.
Bangor Police are once again asking for the public's help locating a homeless man who's been missing since last year. 55-year-old Richard Cole has blonde hair and blue eyes, is about 5'8" tall and 150 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Aaron Brooker.
Mainers who are still unemployed as a result of the pandemic will receive a one-time $600 payment through the state's new pandemic relief program. The payment will be distributed by the end of the December to the individual's account or debit card on file with the unemployment program.
