NITI Aayog has proposed fiscal and non-fiscal incentives along with VAT reduction and accelerated depreciation to encourage the use of LNG-fueled vehicles. Organ donation and transplantation is governed by Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (amended in 2014) under National Organ Transplant Programme.
