If we're going to talk about racism in america which this film talks about we also have to talk about sexism which is equally oppressive to half the population in this country and this planet and i think that's the glaring omission in the film. it's not just dee barnes and michelle leigh talks about it in the recent past, the hope is the film will be a way to talk about some of the stuff even though it's not captured in the film. but i disagree with the director when he says these are stories that are side stories. a woman's life is not a side story and me as men if we're serious, not just bla...
