The Adani Group has made an open offer to acquire 26% stake each in Holcim Group's Ambuja Cements Ltd. and its unit ACC Ltd. The billionaire Gautam Adani-controlled group is offering Rs 2,300 per share for ACC, according to its statement. That's a 2% discount to Friday’s close.
