We saw it looked like a lot of maybe city offices and downtown businesses were letting people out early. we saw a lot of people on the roads. took us lot longer to get anywhere than it would normally take us and that was earlier in the day around 3:00, 3:30 or so. then as we were out you couldn't take i-35 south. it was backed up all the way to 40 for a point. almost all the way to 240 at a point. h 4 was literally a -- 44 was literally a parking lot for a time. people filed off of i-40 coming down the side streets as well. obviously they didn't need to be interstate. a lot of people out tra...
