Parliament is this afternoon resuming the midterm budget review meeting of the K2.2 trillion 2020/21 national budget. The Meeting was previously scheduled to be held from Monday, 8 February, 2021 to Friday 12 March 2021 but was postponed following escalating numbers of Covid-19 cases in the country.
