Rescue crews respond to downed motorcyclist at Goni and College Parkway

Carson City fire and ambulance responded to Goni and College Parkway late Sunday afternoon to a downed motorcycle rider. Dispatch toned out emergency crews at 4:23 p.m. Reporting witnesses on the scene said the motorcyclist may have suffered a seizure. CPR was being administered.
