COLUMBIA, S.C. -- South Carolina ETV (SCETV) and Public Radio (SC Public Radio) today announced coverage plans for Gov. Henry McMaster’s 2021 State of the State address, as well as the subsequent Democratic message. On Wednesday, January 13, SCETV will air the 2021 State of the State address starting at 7 p.m. The telecast will include Gov. McMaster’s speech and the Democratic message.
