Air incident: AIB cedes investigation to NCAA

The Accident Investigation Bureau has transferred the investigation of the incident involving Air Peace’s B737-300 aircraft with nationality and registration Marks 5N-BUQ to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
A spokesman for the AIB, Tunji Oketunbi, in a statement on Thursday, directed further enquiries on the occurrence to the NCAA.
The statement titled ‘Update on Air Peace Aircraft incident at Lagos Airport,’ insisted that the aircraft suffered a burst tyre during taxing, according to a footage download obtained from the aircraft’s Flight Data Recorder and Cockpit Voice Recorder.
The statement read, “We refer to the occurrence involving a Boeing 737-300 aircraft with nationality and registration marks 5N-BUQ, operated by Air Peace Ltd, which occurred at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos on Monday, March 8, 2021.

In tonight’s opening part we find out how, millions of years ago, the first animals had eyes that were unable to distinguish colour. Gradually, however, this changed and “seeing in colour” gave creatures many advantages, whether to find food, attract a mate or warn off an enemy. Get ready for amazing footage of peacocks, mandrill baboons, birds-of-paradise, Andean flamingos and strawberry poison dart frogs.

In terms of his acting career, Kemp is probably best known for playing Steve Owen in EastEnders but music-wise, he is the bassist for pop band Spandau Ballet.
Speaking to press including Express.co.uk, Kemp said co-star Kensit was one of the main reasons he wanted to be part of the show.
He explained: “You know Patsy [Kensit] and I have grown up together and we spent a lot of time in Los Angeles where we were there at the same time and so many people over the years tried to put me and Patsy together into a movie, into something they were making.

McDonald & Dodds reveals first look at guest stars for season 2

The second series of Bath-based murder mystery McDonald & Dodds is expected to land at some point this year, with the first film of the three-part series embracing 80s excess and nostalgia.

And, to really make the theme come to life, four famous faces from the decade will be joining Tala Gouveia and Jason Watkins’ titular duo for a storyline that involves murder, of course, and hot air balloons. Rob Brydon also stars.

RadioTimes.com, Watkins (Dodds) revealed what viewers can expect from Brydon’s character Roy, an Air Incident Investigation agent aiding the detectives for the ride. It turns out Dodds and Roy have a lot in common – too much, perhaps.
