Pets Adopted During the Pandemic Are Now Getting Returned
2020 saw a huge increase in pet adoptions since more people were stuck at home and some felt lonely... a furry companion was exactly what they needed. But unfortunately, as we start to go back to a more normal life, that doesn't include animals as a part of it. Unleashed Love Pet Rescue in Comstock Park spoke with WOOD-TV about the issue, and that they are starting to experience people returning the animals they adopted at an "alarming rate."
